The Road Closure on Main Road at the Junction with Bank View is to repair the broken sewer pipe which has lead to the carriageway sinking.
The work is being carried out but United Utilities the licence is in place to keep the road closed until 23rd November, however, we are hopeful it will re-open before then.
Please note that the dates for the works are subject to change by the contractor.
