Cheshire East Council is making it easier to report potholes and other local issues with the launch of a new online tool – called traCE.
Launching on Wednesday 23rd July, traCE will replace the council’s current third-party solution, Fix My Street.
Accessible 24/7 from any device, traCE is a map-based platform that allows anyone to quickly and easily report issues such as potholes, fallen trees, abandoned vehicles and fly-tipping within Cheshire East. The tool can also be used to receive progress updates on previously reported issues and subscribe to reports raised by others.
More information and a link to access traCE will be available at www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/traCE once the system is live and ready for use.
