This year’s Goosfest – the non-profit-making festival of music and arts designed to offer high quality events to local people around Goostrey – has a bumper schedule. Beginning with an art weekend of exhibitions and workshops at the end of September, leading to the main 10-day festival from October 3rd, all events can be booked via the festival website, Goosfest.com. Highlights include a West End show ‘Disco Inferno’, Manchester’s The Not Quite Big Band, Bridgewater Hall organist Jonathan Scott and Britain’s leading Robbie Williams tribute act, Dan Budd.
