On the 14th December CEC Highways will be closing the bridge road 09:30 to 15:00 to carry out ground investigation works on the bridge. The works are necessary to enable CEC Highways to determine the depth of carriageway construction over the bridge which will then give them the required information to finalise the new traffic scheme for the bridge.
